Minar (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a Quran-focused timer and progress tracker designed to help users stay consistent with their reading. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

1. Information We Collect

Minar is designed with privacy in mind. The App does not collect, sell, or share personal information with third parties. All data is stored locally on your device.

The App may store the following information:

• Focus sessions: Duration, completion status, and selected minaret theme
• Progress and statistics: Daily/weekly history of sessions, streak counts, and total minutes completed
• Coins and unlocks: Virtual currency earned through sessions and which minarets you have unlocked
• Preferences: Timer settings, quick-test mode, and theme options
• Onboarding responses: Answers you provide during setup (e.g., preferred session length)

If you enable widgets, the App may use App Groups to share this data between the App and its widgets.

We do not collect any names, email addresses, locations, or other personal identifiers.

2. How We Use Information

The information stored by Minar is used solely for:

• Tracking your Quran reading progress
• Displaying streaks, totals, and charts
• Managing minaret unlocks and rewards
• Remembering your preferences
